Privacy Policy

Who we are
Sentinel is a connectivity and monitoring platform operated by Terrain360 LLC ("Terrain360," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to ryan@terrain360.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Sentinel platform at sentinel.terrain360.com, Sentinel field devices, and the optional feature that connects your YouTube channel so you can broadcast your own Sentinel camera.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information you provide, such as your name, email, organization, and phone, used to create your account and respond to inquiries.
- Device and camera data from your Sentinel hardware, including telemetry, live video, and recordings.
- Google and YouTube data, only if you connect a channel. With your consent we request the
youtube.readonlyandyoutube.force-sslscopes to (a) list the YouTube channels you control so you can choose one, and (b) create, bind, start, and stop the live broadcasts that you initiate from your Sentinel dashboard. We store your channel ID, title, and thumbnail, along with the OAuth access and refresh tokens that authorize these actions.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data solely to operate the YouTube connection feature you turn on: listing your channels and managing the live broadcasts you start. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide this feature at your direction. Sentinel by Terrain360's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, access is restricted to the systems that run your broadcasts, and all data is transmitted over TLS.
How we share information
We share data only with Google and YouTube to operate the feature, with our cloud infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services) to store media, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from the Sentinel dashboard. Doing so deletes the tokens we hold and asks Google to revoke the grant. You may also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account data, email ryan@terrain360.com.
Third-party terms
The YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
Children
Sentinel is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version.
